Terms of Service

The Siyarat platform

Siyarat is a marketplace and community platform for vehicles, garages, rentals, insurance, clubs, events, and related automotive services in Lebanon. We provide tools to discover content, connect users, and complete certain transactions in the mobile app. Unless stated otherwise, we are not a party to agreements between users and businesses.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or conduct transactions in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

Listings and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote it through the Services, including on this website for public discovery. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict content that appears fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with community standards or applicable law.

Transactions and third parties

Purchases, rentals, service bookings, insurance inquiries, auction bids, and similar dealings occur between users and the relevant provider. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, pricing, availability, insurance coverage, or business performance. Exercise independent judgment and verify details before committing to any transaction.

Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, deceptive, or unlawful listings or profiles
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated access
• Interfering with security, availability, or other users' accounts
• Using the Services for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation

App stores and website use

Downloads from the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store terms. Public pages on this website are provided for preview and discovery; interactive features such as messaging, bidding, booking, and posting require the Siyarat app unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N.ASSAF COMPANY S.A.R.L AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
